OUR AIM TO PROVIDE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN ALL ASPECTS OF OUR WORK
Excellence Floor care
Excellence Floor care (using Excellence Cleaning also as a Trading name) believe that cleaning is a skill and that as such operatives need to be trained to understand all aspects of the job and the science involved in achieving the results required.
One of the myths the company has to deal with on a regular basis is the one that a number of prospective employees have who are new to the industry and believe that ‘cleaning is cleaning’; that because they clean their home they can clean elsewhere. Whilst that may be the case for those who are born with the natural skill of being a good cleaner that isn’t the case with many individuals who have to be taught to clean and do so to a high standard, a standard that is required by our clients and ourselves.
As such the company make certain that all staff receive some initial B.I.C.S based ‘on the job’ training over and above the required level. Most of our employees undergo an NVQ Level 2 Training in Cleaning and Facilities Management.
