The Introduction of The Food Safety Act in 1990 together with enforcements and a tighter control around General Food Hygiene regulations since then has resulted in even more pressure being placed on establishments with Commercial Kitchens to ensure that ‘Hygiene’ is at a premium with not only regular food inspections being carried out but these now having to be displayed by the establishment in full view of the public.

Whilst we understand that you will have a daily Cleaning regime in place excellence can help by providing those additional ‘Deep Cleans’ that you and your team don’t always have the time to do. We can sit down with you, look at your existing daily programme of cleaning and work with you to either supplement this by providing one off deep cleans that will cover all areas from ceilings to floors. Alternatively, we can consult with you, advise and provide a bespoke ‘deep clean’ service concentrating on certain areas. This can include or exclude the canopies and ducts.

Standard Kitchen cleaning chemicals such as degreasers, caustic cleaners etc will not always deliver the standard required. Surfaces like walls or ceilings may also necessitate a different type of approach to get the best of results.
