The pine floor was sanded and varnished to a high standard. The stains and marks that spoilt it before were sanded out, and the gaps where draughts came through were filled. The room was as clean as a whistle after the guys had left. Nothing was too much trouble, and Mark made an extra visit to add another coat of gloss to the floor. I am extremely pleased with the finished product, the professionalism, and the standard of work.
