Mark responded promptly to my wife’s urgent request to perform an emergency water extraction from a leaking pipe onto the carpet in her busy workroom where she has a commercial overlocking business. There were loads of yarn cones and sewing equipment that needed moving and working around, and nothing was too much trouble for Mark.
