At the time of writing this introduction, I’ve been in the Service Industry for almost 30 years and for much of that time I had become disillusioned with some of the companies I’d worked for and the service that was sometimes delivered.

Everyone spoke about having high levels of service and how the client would be looked after but quite often the word ‘service’ was overused and the ultimate provision of that service fell short somewhere along the line.

Some years ago I had the opportunity to start my own business and I knew from day 1 that providing the best possible service to our clients involved ensuring every aspect of its’ delivery was the best it could be ; from the moment that you , our client approached us to the end of the service when we got paid every aspect of interaction had to be 1st class . My passion continues daily throughout the business in my desire and goal to make Excellence one of the top companies in Yorkshire delivering quality services with integrity.

My father once said to me ‘ take on whichever work or career you like but just make sure you’re the best at it’ . It is that philosophy that I’ve maintained all my working life and the same I’ve worked with since the beginning of Excellence.

Whilst not born in Yorkshire I’ve always thought of myself as an adopted Yorkshire man having lived here for over 35 years now. I’ve always believed very strongly in supporting our business community and believe we have some of the best businesses in the whole country based in this county. As such I have ensured over the years that all of our main suppliers are Yorkshire companies and that whenever humanly possible I will support local businesses in this area.

Today we are one of the truly unique specialists in the Industry offering a combined spectrum of services through the entire county of Yorkshire for not only Commercial Cleaning but Floorcare specialty too.
