How do we do it?

Firstly, we will conduct an initial survey of the floor, this enables us to inspect the quality of the material and judge whether it is suitable for sanding. We may then conduct a small sanding test.

We use various types of sanding machinery depending on the material and condition of the flooring, including belt and edge sanders.

The next stage is to apply a high-quality clear lacquer, which will highlight the beauty of the wood as well as protect it.

We then offer a selection of finishes including using oil, wax, stains, or paint. We always work closely with our clients to ensure that their desired aesthetic is achieved.

Is it messy?

Our teams take every necessary precaution to ensure dust is kept to a minimum with an efficient dust extraction system, so you don’t need to worry about the mess.

Health and safety is also a huge key priority throughout the process, we ensure that our staff are fully aware whilst on site and work to the client’s requirements.
