Mark, Robson and Michelle did a great job sanding and finishing Victorian pine floorboards in my house. I am delighted with the results. Mark was always happy to answer my questions, advise on the different options and was very flexible and patient when I was being indecisive. Highly recommend!

I needed the carpet cleaned in my new flat quite quickly and Mark went above and beyond to arrange this before my furniture was moved in.

The carpet had compacted dirt in it and as it's a cream carpet, it took a lot of hard work by Michelle to clean it.

I was impressed by how thoroughly the carpet was cleaned. Great value too.

Mark responded promptly to my wife’s urgent request to perform an emergency water extraction from a leaking pipe onto the carpet in her busy workroom where she has a commercial overlocking business. There were loads of yarn cones and sewing equipment that needed moving and working around, and nothing was too much trouble for Mark. He was thorough and efficient and left the place tidy and properly restored to its former dry condition. We can’t recommend Excellence Floorcare (and Mark in particular) highly enough. In a world of lacklustre service and tradespeople who are late or don’t pitch, Mark was a beacon of EXCELLENCE! Their name is their standard!

Mark who cleaned, resealed and polished our travertine tiles was so pleasant & professional from start to finish. He was here for 2 days and never stopped. He talked us through the process and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the job. We were extremely happy and I know he would have gone that extra mile if we weren't. I would have no hesitation in recommending Excellence floorcare and would definitely use them in the future.
